If your workplace is full of backstabbing coworkers, it means that backstabbing works at this company. You are in a toxic company. Polish your interview skills, update your resume, and get the heck out of there!
I agree, I have realized that the company I work for is exactly that! I intend on getting the heck out of there as soon as possible. many to many backstabbing bitches.!!!
